By placing an order through this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information

• Pay all applicable prices and shipping costs

• Accept our shipping, return, and refund policies at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

~~ Postage ~~

All orders are dispatched within 24 hrs in the majority of cases unless it is a public holiday, weekend or an unexpected situation crops up in which you will be contacted and updated with a new dispatch time (this is rare that it might happen but just covering all bases :)).

Parcels are sent via Australia Post with full tracking provided for your peace of mind.

A flat rate fee of $11.95 applies regardless of the dimensions of your parcel I will chip in to keep the cost at the flat rate to you :) There is also an option to upgrade to express post at checkout ($17.95) should you require faster postage.

All orders over $200 will be treated to FREE POSTAGE (standard + tracking, not express).

International orders are available for jewellery, wire, clay or glass related items only to avoid any customers running into obstacles with customs and taxes for driftwood, plant embellishments on sculptures and so forth. Please contact me if you have any questions about particular items on the site if you want to purchase from outside of Australia.

Min estimated costs for freight would be New Zealand: $20+ and rest of world $32-45 depending on the size and weight of your purchase. I won't know until you reach out to request a quote and let me know what you'd like to purchase :)

~~ Returns & Refunds ~~

Please choose carefully before purchasing handmade items. 'Change of mind' is not a permitted reason for return or refund due to the nature of the items being one off works of art handcrafted with time and care.

Refunds or exchanges are only provided where required under applicable consumer laws or where an item arrives damaged or broken in the mail.

Contact us via the contact form or email within 48hrs of receiving goods and provide photo evidence and a description of the damage.
Exchanges or refunds will be issued upon return and inspection of goods. Postage cost is non refundable.
